Zakharova stressed that the activity of the Coordinating Council for the Activities of Russian Expatriate Organizations in the United States does not violate American law, and Russian-American relations have deteriorated in recent years due to the difference in their positions regarding resolving international issues, in addition to the United States' policy of hegemony and interference in the affairs of other countries and the lack of commitment to international law, which is what Russia strongly opposes it.
