MDA medics and paramedics provided her with medical treatment and she was evacuated by helicopter to Rambam Hospital.
In a fourth accident at the time, a 477-year-old motorcyclist was moderately injured after slipping on Menachem Begin Road in Rehovot.
The wounded man was taken to Assaf Harofeh Hospital.
