Expo Dubai: Italian Sports Day celebrates sporting excellence

(ANSA) - DUBAI, NOV 19 - From Tokyo 2020 to Milan Cortina 2026, passing through Dubai: the Italian Pavilion at Expo 2020 will host the Italian Sport Day on November 23rd, an entire day dedicated to the world of Italian sport from the slopes of athletics to the pools of the Olympic swimming pools, from the racetracks to the roads of the Giro d'Italia.


    The Olympic medalists, the highest institutional positions in the sector, the motorsport managers and the champions of yesterday, today and tomorrow will talk to the public - in presence and connected - in dedicated talks. Among the protagonists of the day will be Valentina Vezzali, undersecretary to the Presidency of the Council with responsibility for sport, Giovanni Malagò, president of Coni and of the Milano-Cortina 2026 Foundation, Luca Pancalli, president of the Italian Paralympic Committee.
