A large fire broke out in a residential building on Dolchin Street in the city of Haifa, and honest people were rescued from the scene of the incident by firefighters.
Five firefighters rushed to the area and used water hoses and cranes on a dead body to fight the flames and rescue the trapped occupants.
According to the fire services, early in the morning a report was received at the 102 district hotline of the Hof district about a burning apartment on the second floor out of seven on Dolchin Street in Haifa.
The smoke emitted from the apartment began to climb up the building and caused the tenants to be trapped in their apartments while making it difficult for them to breathe.
Team Commander Sergeant Nadav Furman said: "We arrived at the first team and saw heavy smoke coming from the second floor. The smoke is in favor of better visibility and we and other teams have continued to scan to rule out injured people. "
