On the airwaves of Franceinfo this Thursday morning, the Minister Delegate in charge of Industry welcomed the government's results on the employment front.
"This government has created nearly a million jobs in four years,"
said Agnès Pannier-Runacher, adding that
"the level of unemployment has never been so low".

This figure of
"one million jobs created"
has also been touted by the Minister of the Economy and Finance for several weeks to defend his economic record and that of Emmanuel Macron as the elections of 2022 approach.
" Since 2017, a million jobs have been created by companies, ”
wrote Bruno Le Maire on Twitter at the end of October.
