The Ministry of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection issued a circular instructing the directorates of internal trade and consumer protection in the governorates to organize seizures against anyone who uses the electronic card of others in order to trade in its materials and refer him to the judiciary on charges of theft.
The ministry said in a statement today: “Most of the citizens complain about the overcrowding in the bakeries caused by the bread sellers who buy a large number of bundles and then sell them on the roads. described.”
The ministry added: "Anyone who commits one of the violating acts is organized by the internal trade and consumer protection patrols and referred to the judiciary on charges of stealing and trading in subsidized materials in accordance with the decree, which stipulates a fine and imprisonment."
The ministry explained that the violations include every private or public oven that sells more than two cards to one citizen, everyone who deposits his card with others to trade in its dues, every authorized dealer or merchant who collects cards for selling bread bundles, every driver of a public or private means of transportation gives his card to others to use it, and every person working at gas stations Draw more than one card.
The ministry pointed out that it will permanently stop the dues of everyone who gives his card to others to trade in its materials, including subsidized materials, bread, gas, gasoline and diesel, as the decision will be applied as of the morning of Sunday, November 21, 2021.
