Dr.-Carl-von-Linde-Strasse in Pullach had to be closed for an hour on Thursday evening.
An SUV driver lost control of his vehicle, struck a verge of grass with an embankment and fell over.
Pullach - As the police report, a 51-year-old from Munich was driving his SUV Jaguar on the state road in the direction of Pullach at around 8:20 p.m. when he came too far to the right at Zugspitzstraße for an unknown reason, and hit the green strip Lost control of his vehicle.
His vehicle was raised through the embankment on the grass verge and overturned on its left side.
The driver was able to get out of the car unharmed.
For his Jaguar things turned out less well: The SUV has a total write-off of 80,000 euros.
The Pullach fire brigade was called to secure the scene of the accident, looked after the driver and helped direct the traffic.
