It is suggested that the KMB company should abide by the negotiation between the Transport Department and the labor, and the captain can only drive up to 3 routes a day.

Li Zhaocong also pointed out that as a front-line employee, "one route is too many orders." Driving different routes makes work very hard, and the driver is difficult to understand the road conditions and difficult to concentrate.

The union was also dissatisfied that KMB did not conduct a review after the accident, and could not wait to "cut off seats" with the car captain that caused the accident, causing dissatisfaction with the frontline staff.

After the accident, the police stated that the sloping section of the scene was not the original route, and it was suspected that the bus had turned on the side due to a sudden twist on the wrong road.

Li Zhaocong said that it is a trivial matter for the driver to go the wrong way. "There is no pressure. At most, he will call the radio station down and ask the inspector to take the correct route." There is a guideline and there will be no penalties.

Trade union representatives are preparing to meet with the Transport Department and the Labour Department in the short term to request the relevant departments to intervene as soon as possible.
