Dick does not want to comment on the allegations at the moment.
But she emphasized: “Every citizen, including Mr. von Lepel, is free to turn to the press with a request to publish his opinion.
After all, the right to freedom of expression is a valuable asset in our society. "
Aim to vote out the incumbent executive committee
An extraordinary general assembly has now been called for December 3rd, at which von Lepel and his colleagues want to get the incumbent board of directors to be voted out of office.
One wants to "hold new elections or, if necessary, apply for an emergency board," says von Lepel resolutely.
On the basis of the numbers available to him, he made a new calculation and came to the conclusion that “the association can survive with 187 members”.
What gives him hope: Since the low after the corona-related closure with only 130 paying members, they worked their way up to 170 by the beginning of last week.

The association has some prominent advocates among its members who speak out in favor of its rescue.
