An investigation for "

violence in meeting on minors

" was opened after the assault in Albertville (Savoie) of a 13-year-old schoolgirl by comrades who filmed and broadcast the scene on social networks, we learned Friday at the Chambéry prosecutor's office.

The video from November 9 shows this schoolgirl in 4th grade being beaten in the street by two young girls, while a third records the scene using her cell phone.

His parents filed a complaint at the police station.

Conducted under the direction of the Chambéry minors' prosecutor's office, the investigations have so far "

not made it possible to determine the motivation for this series of violence,

" said prosecutor Pierre-Yves Michaud, confirming information from Dauphiné Libéré.

The investigation also targets the "

recording and dissemination of images relating to the commission of a willful attack on the integrity of a person

", according to the same source.

According to the Chambéry prosecutor's office, the schoolgirl is concerned by a second procedure, opened after the disclosure on social networks of a video of a sexual nature featuring her, and which led in May to several police custody.
