The long-standing head of the mobility department at the district office, Peter Schiffmann, will move to a state ministry in Munich at the beginning of 2022.
He announced this at the most recent meeting of the district development committee.
District - He did not want to reveal which ministry will be his new place of activity in view of the process that has not yet been fully completed.
"The mobility department is to be reorganized," said Schiffmann.
"In the course of this, I thought about whether I would personally like to reposition myself."
Schiffmann worked in the mobility department for more than twelve years.
Deputy District Administrator Jens Zangenfeind (FWG) thanked Schiffmann for the good cooperation in the past.
Schiffmann's suggestions were always helpful, said the mayor of Hausham with a view to the numerous road construction sites in his community.
Schiffmann's position is still vacant.
The mobility department currently covers a wide spectrum - from registration and driver's license offices to local transport and school transport to cable car supervision.
