We catch him flying before a long stay in Seoul where he opens two more addresses.
Yann Couvreur's next Sundays will not happen in Eure-et-Loir, where the pastry chef has bought a house to bring family and friends together, especially around a table.
“Since I have two children, these meals have become very important,” he
says.
No more brunches in Paris, make way for real dishes:
“As in the sketch“ Les Garçons ”by Florence Foresti, roast beef and potatoes still work!”
And add the stuffed tomatoes, poultry,
"my wife's lasagna or shepherd's pie"
.
Savory is also Yann's business, who cooks his Milanese cutlets with
“a little basil pesto before the breadcrumbs”.
And for dessert?
"The Breton far obviously, and my mother's very good apple cake."
