Palmyra - Sana

Two children were killed and two others were injured when a landmine exploded this evening from the remnants of the terrorist organization “ISIS” in the residential communities area in Palmyra.

The Director of the General Authority of Palmyra National Hospital, Dr. Walid Odeh, told SANA reporter that the staff of Palmyra National Hospital performed the necessary first aid for the injured, who were subjected to various wounds and abrasions as a result of the mine explosion, before they were transferred to Homs hospitals.

Terrorist organizations planted mines and explosive devices in neighborhoods, along roads and in parks, to cause the greatest harm to the people and intimidate them to prevent them from returning to their homes after liberating them from terrorism.
