The Jiuhuajing barbecue site has been operating without a license for more than 18 years. Due to the popularity of the neighboring urban area, the business has not been affected by the epidemic. Every weekend and holiday, the barbecue site is crowded with people. Although government departments have swept many times, even recently. The warning banner "Do not patronise the unlicensed barbecue site at Jiuhua Trail! Violators will be prosecuted" was displayed, but it was still being swept.

Last night (19th), the police raided two barbecue sites at Jiuhua Trail. It was reported that there were nearly 300 people in the site at that time. Some citizens were charged with violating the 599G gathering restriction order, and the person in charge of the barbecue site was brought under investigation.

The facebook page "Send the Fable" refers to the fact that six police vehicles arrived at the barbecue site at 8 o'clock last night. A large number of police officers walked into the barbecue site to investigate. The site was operated without a license and the crowd gathered less than 1.5 meters apart. More than 4 persons constitute a violation of the gathering restriction order.

It is understood that the police registered the owner's personal data at the barbecue site and issued a ticket to the public.

Afterwards, the police officers took the citizens away in batches.

"Send the Fable" refers to the large number of people at the scene, with close to 200 or 300 people at the peak, and it is uncertain how many people were charged.

The Jiuhuajing barbecue site has always been a tumor in the area. Due to its proximity to the urban area and the business is booming, the person in charge of the barbecue site not only has no fear of illegal operations, but has expanded more and more in recent years. The odor, noise, light pollution and other issues generated by the barbecue site affect nearby residents. On holidays, both sides of Lai King Hill Road are full of illegal vehicles, which affects the entry and exit of buses and the arrival and departure of ambulances at Princess Margaret Hospital.

As the barbecue site does not have a restaurant license, food hygiene is worrying.

Barbecue yards are repeatedly swept and cross-departmental banners warn citizens not to patronize

Although profitable, the barbecue site has been repeatedly ticketed and mopped up, but it continues to operate, and the crowd has not decreased. Recently, there have been several giants on the section of Lijingshan Road near Yinghuitai near the Jiuhuajing barbecue site. The banner is a joint appeal made by the Kwai Tsing District Management Committee and the six government departments of the Police, Fire Services, Food and Environmental Protection, Civil Affairs, Environmental Protection Department, and Lands Department: "Don't visit the Jiuhuajing unlicensed barbecue site! Offenders will be prosecuted. "".

A reporter from "Hong Kong 01" went to the barbecue site this morning and found multiple warning banners. In addition to the multi-departmental "Do not patronize" banner, there are also "Do not park illegally, please do not make noise, thank you for your cooperation", and Kwai Tsing District Warning banners of the District Management Committee.

A police car was parked at the entrance of the village, and no one was seen at the barbecue site.

If you have a lot of money, continue to open the file. If you want to be a citizen of your family, if you scare the citizen, you will have a lot of money. If you are scared to the customer, I will automatically close the file." And punishing citizens who are older than him?"
