The four defendants appeared before the Assize Court for minors of Essonne since November 8 in Évry-Courcouronnes.
Two defendants, minors at the time of the facts, were tried for aggravated willful violence and appeared free.
One was acquitted, the other sentenced to three years in prison, two of which were closed with a warrant of committal.
The two others, detained, an adult and a minor at the time of the facts, were accused of attempted murder.
The facts were reclassified as aggravated willful violence with sentences of five and eight years in prison.

On the night of August 27, 2018 in Brétigny-sur-Orge, the victim had found his attackers near the Jean-Pierre-Timbaud high school.
The latter were asking him for money for a drug story.
A few months earlier, the accused had stolen a large quantity of drugs from a dealer in Grigny.
The latter threatened the victim to denounce the perpetrators of this theft and asked to be reimbursed 25,000 euros.

Not all of the perpetrators could be identified, and the victim did not see who stabbed him.
During the trial, some witnesses suffered from sudden amnesia.
