At about 2 am today (21st), the task force of the Executive and Control Section of the New Territories South Department of Transportation set up a roadblock on Tsing Sha Highway near Stonecutters Bridge to intercept suspicious vehicles.
During the period, a vehicle was found displaying a photocopy of the driving permit at the front of the vehicle, and the officers found the vehicle to be stopped and searched suspiciously.
During the search, three Indian men holding street paper were found in the car.
Later, officers found a number of suspected criminal tools in the vehicle, including axes, hammers, spanars, tools for breaking windows, and three bags of clothing, including headgear and gloves.
During the interception and inspection, the male driver showed his identity card. After investigation, it was found that he did not have a driver's license.
The male driver was arrested on suspicion of "using another's identity card," "driving without a license," "driving without a third party insurance," "possession of offensive weapons," and "possession of tools for illegal purposes."

The other male passenger was the owner of the vehicle involved. He was suspected of "allowing others to drive without third party insurance", "possession of offensive weapons", "possession of tools for illegal purposes" and "failure to demonstrate effective driving The police later found a suspected "Viagra" on his body, and arrested him for "possession of the first controlled drug."
Another arrested male passenger was arrested on suspicion of "possession of offensive weapons" and "possession of tools for illegal purposes."
The police are investigating the incident and the case is handed over to the Criminal Investigation Team of Cheung Sha Wan for follow-up.
