Los Angeles - The US model Christy Giles was undoed by a party.
On November 12, the 24-year-old celebrated together with a friend, designer Hilda Marcela Cabrales-Arzola, in a club in Los Angeles.
A few hours later, masked men dropped her dead on the sidewalk of a hospital.
Then they rushed off in a car with no license plates - because obviously they still had something to do.

, while partying in the club, Giles and Cabrales-Arzola met some men they went to a house party with.
Giles' husband Jon Cilliers was absent because he was visiting his father in San Francisco that weekend.
"It's just so heartbreaking," he says.
On GoFundMe - where Cilliers collects money for funeral expenses and private detectives - he describes: "Twelve hours after she went to the party, three masked men dropped Christy on the sidewalk of a hospital".
The model was already dead by then.

A few hours later, Giles' friend Cabrales-Arzola was also put down in front of another hospital.
She was alive, but according to investigators "without brain activity".

Giles husband Jon Cilliers doesn't believe the two women took the dangerous drug themselves.
"None of the girls would ever do that, not willingly," he said on

He fears that his wife and her girlfriend have been given the heroin against their will.

Cilliers now hopes to find clues in his wife's iCloud account.
“I've read all the messages she wrote with someone else that night.
At 5:30 am she wrote to Marcela, the girl she was with, that she wanted to disappear from the party, ”he explains.
That was Giles' last message.
Meanwhile, there is no trace of the perpetrators.
Giles 'death set off a small wave in America: "The case is by no means unique," explains Giles' husband Cilliers.
Since Saturday, he has received a number of messages from other women who have experienced similar stories.
"The only difference between them and Christy is that they survived."
