In September 2001, entertainer and comedian Dudu Dotan passed away unexpectedly from a heart attack.
He was 51 at the time of his death.
On the 20th anniversary of his death, a salute event was held at the Habima Theater this weekend with the participation of many artists, including Lior Kalfon, Hani Nachmias, Avi Toledano, Roi Bar Natan, Roni Dalumi, Miki Kam and many more.
All proceeds from the event will be donated to the AMI Foundation for Distressed Artists established by Dudu Dotan.
