Since the start of September, carpooling between home and work has started again.
After a break related to confinement, this mode of travel, although still marginal in the daily modes of travel to gain a business, is experiencing very strong growth.
“We have gained 28,000 new subscribers since the beginning of September on our application,
welcomes Joachim Renaudin, in charge of marketing for Karos, one of the leaders in France in this market with a total of 500,000 users alongside Klaxit and BlaBlacar Daily.
We note an 85% increase in carpool trips with Karos between the first week of September and today. ”

Another important player in the market, BlaBlaCar, reports a similar trend.
“The number of users on our platform has doubled between the start of September and the All Saints holidays.
This continues to increase in November, ”
