An 83-year-old man died in a fire in a building in Limbiate, Brianza.
Nine other residents have been medicated for breathing smoke, and some have been taken to hospital, but none of them are reportedly in serious condition.
It happened in a building between via Bolzano and via Mazzini, where the fire brigade of Monza and 118 intervened. The charred body was found by firefighters and the rescuers could not help but ascertain the death.
At the moment the causes of the fire are not known.
