For the first time in the area, a decision was approved to build the first 17-story office tower in Acre.
The tower will be located in the most strategic location in the city, on the corner of Herzl and David Remez streets in Acre, on Road 8510 next to the future train and matron station.
The tower is expected to contain 17,000 square meters for offices and 956 square meters for a commercial boulevard.
