But even Helene herself has an idol that inspires her.
And that's someone very special.
In an interview with Die Zeit, Helene reveals who the person is who has such an influence on the Schlager Queen.
It is none other than her mother.
“My great role model has been my mother all my life,” she enthuses.
And she really deserves it, supports Helene wherever possible.
Helene Fischer's mother helped her career
Without her mother, Helene might not even be on stage today, because it was she who sent demo tapes to labels and producers after completing her training.
On them, Helene's covers by musicians like Celine Dion could be heard, which the label bosses apparently liked.
Unlike her daughter herself, Helene's mother never had any doubts about her talent.
“I didn't really believe in the success of the demo CD and just gave my mother the free ticket for it,” remembers Helene.
It's good that she was wrong and that the success came despite her doubts.

Because if Helene had been right with her expectations at the time, she would have become a musical star and appear on the stage instead of inspiring millions of Schlager fans.
To encourage others to follow their dream, as her mother once did with her, Helene sang her new song “The first of your kind”.
She thought of all the women who are afraid of “doing something on their own”, Helene said in an interview.
In addition to her mother, Helene Fischer also admires other people.
For example, she thinks climate activist Greta Thunberg is great, she says.
“Greta Thunberg initiated a huge topic.
That was a wave that encouraged everyone to go along with it.
I think this matter of course and this will is remarkable for her age, ”she emphasizes.
