Both cases are asymptomatic, and they carry the L452R variant virus respectively:

A 75-year-old (No. 12406) man from the United Kingdom. He arrived in Hong Kong on flight CX252 from the local area on November 19 and tested positive for the new crown virus at the Hong Kong airport.
Two doses of Fubitai vaccine were given locally on August 20 and October 29 this year

A 35-year-old (No. 12407) foreign domestic helper from the Philippines. She arrived in Hong Kong on flight CX906 from the local area on November 17. She tested negative at the Hong Kong Airport and was admitted to the Penny's Bay Quarantine Center for isolation. The sample on the third day of quarantine was confirmed.
She received a dose of Johnson & Johnson vaccine in the Philippines on July 27.
