What happened?
A civil
patrol noticed

dance event
on commercial space in Allach.
The inspection at around 0.30 a.m. showed that there was a big problem with the party, to which around 150 to 200 partygoers had come.
They were all vaccinated, according to the police.
With one exception - but this participant was able to submit a PCR test.
What was not taken into account is that the 2G-Plus rule applies when the hospital traffic light is red in Bavaria.
That means: All participants must either be able to present a daily test or wear a mask.
In the Allach case, however, there were no tests, no masks, but very close to the body on the dance floor.
A hygiene concept was not available
Therefore, among other things, complaints
were made
against participants
for violating the mask requirement
