The brother of the person killed in the attack in Jerusalem was not escorted - and traveled to the hospital by public transport

Lipman, founder of the Yad LaOlim organization, criticized the government.

"I think this event reminds us that our leaders do not understand what it means to be a new immigrant," he added.
