On Friday, Markus Söder announced stricter corona rules also for hotspots (see first report).
While eight districts were still affected on Friday, there are nine on Saturday - they all have an incidence of over 1000.

The Robert Koch Institute * reports an incidence * of 625.3 for Bavaria (previous day: 609.5).
Numerous hotspots are located in the Free State and reach values well over 1000. It is probably only a matter of time before an incidence of 2000 is reached in some places.

Söder tightened corona rules in hotspots - eight districts affected
As Markus Söder announced at a press conference on Friday, stricter corona rules will apply again in Bavaria. * The reins are being tightened, especially in hotspots - regions with an incidence of over 1000.

Purple alert in parts of Bavaria: Eight districts with an incidence over 1000
A total of eight districts in Bavaria are above the incidence of 1000. Except for Passau and Mühldorf am Inn, the values have increased significantly compared to the previous day.
The district of Rottal-Inn is even Germany's number 1 hotspot. In no district is the value higher.
In Bavarian corona hotspots with a seven-day incidence of more than 1000, public life is to be shut down in large areas: There, restaurants, sports and cultural facilities have to close, and events are prohibited.
Prime Minister Markus Söder announced this on Friday.
Schools and daycare centers should also remain open there.

In Munich, too, the incidence continues to rise.
On Friday the RKI reported a value of 754.0.
On Thursday it was still at 694.8.
If the incidence in Munich continues to rise, there is soon a threat of a lockdown for everyone in the state capital as well.
