Beautiful voices and promising talents emerged during the musical and lyrical evening presented by the buds of the “Nebki Sawa” band, on the occasion of International Children’s Day, on the stage of the Cultural Center in Kafr Sousa, under the title “Tishreen’s Gold”.

A diversified program enjoyed by the audience, including special songs, national songs, and other songs, created by the band's choir, consisting of 4 girls, distinguished by a remarkable performance.

The leader and founder of the band, Maestro Hassan Sabiha, chose to be the beginning of the evening program through a special instrumental that bore the name of the band and to sing the buds with a number of songs by great artists such as Mrs. Fairouz and Abdel Halim Hafez, in addition to national songs such as Ta'la and Ta'mar, Ya Dar for Shahroura Sabah, and another about childhood.

The ensemble consisting of 18 musicians from the buds, in addition to the choir, sang songs from the Syrian heritage and instrumental performances of musical maqams that enthralled the audience with applause and singing.

In a statement to SANA reporter, Hassan Sobeiha, the founder of the musical group, said that his band's participation in the celebration of the International Children's Day because of his belief in the necessity of building the child to have a major role in the future of the country, pointing to the importance of educating the child and raising him on music.

Regarding his band, Sabiha indicated that it was formed 3 years ago, but work on the establishment and training began before this date, indicating that the band focuses in its performances on the national and humanitarian side.

In turn, Director of Damascus Culture Naima Suleiman explained that the event came within the celebration of the Syrian Child Days, which lasts for four days, on the occasion of International Children's Day, to encourage children to read and enhance the values ​​of patriotism.
