Cédric Jubillar is still in the hot seat.
Following the hearing on November 16, the investigative chamber of the Toulouse Court of Appeal announced on Monday November 22 that it refused to allow Delphine Jubillar's husband to be released, told
Le Figaro
the lawyer of the implicated, Me Jean-Baptiste Alary.
Last week, his three lawyers, Me Alary, Me Franck and Me Martin, were indignant at what they claim to be an "
empty file
" which "
does not justify locking up a man
".

The Toulouse Court of Appeal explained its refusal because "
the investigations are still ongoing
", reports the criminal. "
We take note of this and we will reformulate a request for release soon after the hearing on December 3, this will be Cédric Jubillar's third release request
," added Me Alary.
Questioned shortly before the hearing of November 16, Me Jean-Baptiste Alary had told
Le Figaro to
have the firm intention of "
not letting go, until he is released or the case evolves in some way or another
”. "
I do not understand that a man can, in France, be imprisoned on the basis of such derisory elements
", hammered the lawyer.
For the defense, this provisional detention would be "
only a means to put pressure
" on Cédric Jubillar, whose wife, Delphine Jubillar, mysteriously disappeared on December 16 in Cagnac-les-Mines, in the Tarn.
This father and plaster painter was indicted on June 18 for "murder of a spouse".
The investigating chamber had considered that there were "
serious and concordant clues
" proving that Cédric Jubillar had been able to participate in the murder of his wife.
The latter should be heard again by the judges on December 3.
