Thirty people will be tried Monday, November 22 in immediate appearance in Pointe-à-Pitre, Guadeloupe, suspected of having participated in the urban violence of recent nights, said Sunday evening the public prosecutor, Patrick Desjardins.

Some 21 people were brought over the weekend to the prosecution and will be tried in correctional.
Twenty of them were incarcerated at the Baie Mahault penitentiary center and will be tried on Monday for immediate appearance by the Pointe-à-Pitre correctional court, he said in a press release.
Twelve other people are still in custody at the Pointe-à-Pitre police station and ten of them will be referred tomorrow morning to also be tried in immediate appearance, according to the same source.
