BRUSSELS - The management of migration routes, and the situation in the detention centers in Libya were at the center of the conversation between the European Commissioner for Internal Affairs, Ylva Johansson, and the vice president of the Presidential Council of Libya, Moussa al-Koni.
Johannson herself writes it on Twitter, defining the meeting as "open" and "constructive".
"Migration should be managed jointly along the routes, including that of the Sahel - writes the commissioner -. The EU is committed to supporting Libya in managing its borders, South and North".
"We discussed the situation in detention centers and the need to relocate children, women and the most vulnerable people," Johansson also points out.
