A number of people were killed and others injured when a car rammed into a crowd in Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA.
"There was a Christmas parade in Waukesha when a red SUV broke through the barriers heading into the main street and hit more than 20 people, some of them children, and some people were killed as a result of this incident," Police Chief Dan Thompson told a news conference. Local officials said that 11 adults and 21 children were taken to hospitals.
Thompson pointed out that one person was taken into custody as part of the investigation, adding that Wakisha police officers had found the car.
And 29 people were injured in a car crash in El Paso County, Texas, last June.
