Defendant Feng Ting-chuk (37 years old, a teacher at the time of the incident) was charged with assaulting 15-year-old girl X twice at a unit in Yuen Long and having illegal sexual intercourse with X five times between January 3 and August 2, 2019.

In mid-February 2019, X went to the defendant's home to watch the movie again. After the defendant touched X, he had sex with her in the bedroom for two to three hours. Afterwards, the two parties chatted in bed for a while and then had sex again for one hour. The defendant didn't use it during that time. condom.

After the incident, X discussed with the defendant whether condoms should be used during sexual intercourse, but the defendant said, "It's okay not to shoot inside."

The defendant was arrested on September 3 last year.
