The Magistrate's Court in Rishon Lezion today (Monday) allowed the publication of new materials from the investigation of Daniel Kedar, a 64-year-old resident of Rishon Lezion, who is suspected of murdering Eldad Perry in Rehovot in the middle of last month.
The Central District Attorney's Office will today file a prosecutor's statement in preparation for an indictment against him.
Police have ballistic tests of the weapon found in the home of the murder suspect, proving that he was used to shoot Perry, after which a potter allegedly fled on a motorcycle.
The police believe that the findings and evidence substantiate the suspicions against him.
In recent days, police have slammed the evidence in his face, but he still has not pleaded guilty.

Kedar bought two apartments in the Lod project from Perry for NIS 5 million. He is a grandfather of six, works in the field of computers at a technology company in the south. And family pastimes that fill his Facebook profile, you can see in some of the posts his fondness for motorcycles and shooting.
Kedar even uploaded pictures with a gun and a target to which he fired on his Facebook page in several cases. Next to one of the pictures he wrote "Have I warned you before not to mess with me?",Words that take on additional meaning in light of the suspicions against him.
