Temperatures remain generally lower than their rates as a result of the country being affected by an extension of a shallow air rise accompanied by northwesterly currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The General Directorate of Meteorology expected in its bulletin this morning that the weather will be fair in general with the appearance of some scattered clouds and cold at night on the mountainous heights, warning of the formation of fog in most of the interior regions.
In the past 24 hours, a number of areas in some governorates recorded rainfall of varying intensity, the highest of which is 16 mm in the picture in As-Suwayda.
According to the raindrop project bulletin issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform, precipitation rates were recorded in Damascus countryside 5 mm in Nabek and 2 mm in Yabroud and in As-Suwayda Governorate, the image recorded 16 mm, Ain al-Arab 13 mm, As-Suwayda 5 mm, Shahba 6 mm, Salkhad 4 mm.
In Daraa governorate, Izraa recorded 13 mm and al-Sanamayn 5 mm, in Quneitra governorate, Nabe' al-Sakhr recorded 7 mm, and Quneitra 6 mm, and in Hama governorate recorded al-Saan 13 mm and Uqayribat 2 mm.
