After Jean Castex, tested positive for Covid-19 on Monday, it is another member of the government who must go into isolation.
The Minister for Integration, Brigitte Klinkert, announced on Tuesday that she had also tested positive for Covid-19.
“Having no symptoms at this stage, I adjusted my agenda to continue my activities in isolation,” she said on Twitter.
After being declared a contact case of a person who tested positive for COVID-19, this morning I carried out a PCR test which turned out to be positive.

It was after having "been declared a contact case of a person tested positive for Covid-19" that the minister carried out a PCR test on Tuesday morning.
This was then found to be positive.
The Minister for Integration had made several trips in recent days, increasing the number of meetings.
On Monday, she had notably been to Nancy (Meurthe-et-Moselle) to visit the E2C, the second chance school.
She took advantage of this trip to visit a nursery and a startup, reports Actu.fr.
According to the rules in force, Brigitte Klinkert must be in solitary confinement for ten days.
