Schwabsoien - Around 50 to 60 crates of beer covered the 2014 state road and the adjacent field near Schwabsoien on Monday.
A truck had lost its load there around 9.15 a.m.
The 50-year-old driver of the beer truck was coming from Sachsenried on the state road when he encountered oncoming traffic at a narrow point.
According to the police, both drivers had to evade.
The load of the beer truck apparently began to lurch, causing the loading box to open and the numerous beer crates to slide out to the right.
They hit the road and also spilled over the adjacent field.
Many bottles broke and resulted in numerous broken pieces.
The Schwabsoien fire brigade took over the cleaning of the street, for which half of it had to be closed.
Fortunately, nobody was injured in the accident.
