For Stadlbauer, the sports club's initiative for hall construction means the question of whether you can and will afford one or two halls in the future.

After all, the multi-purpose hall in the center of the village has to be replaced by a new building in the medium term.

Warning of debt

In the discussion, Eva Stocker broke the collar.

“I don't feel taken with me,” scolded the citizen representative and warned that the community would not only use up existing reserves with the ongoing construction of the children's home, the subsequent new town hall building and other compulsory tasks, but would also have to incur debts.

Stocker also called for a certain fairness to other associations and criticized the fact that nothing had been done in the community for seniors.

The majority of the municipal council speaking for the hall criticized the permanent standstill in Fahrenzhausen.

"We have been discussing the topic for more than 20 years," said Astrid Wildgruber-Bolesczuk, "the situation is shameful for an up-and-coming community in the north of Munich." This was also supported by Christian Kislinger, who as the treasurer of FCA Unterbruck is also the applicant: “In my seven years as a councilor, nothing has happened.

Accusation to the local chief

As an architect, Robert Kern had put an initial drawing of the hall on paper for the sports club free of charge and emphasized that such a location was an offer for the entire population. Kern reproached the mayor (“It's no secret that you are against the hall”) for deliberately putting high construction costs of several million into the room in order to damage the idea. Kern, on the other hand, had drawn up a plan for a hall that does not require any special features and is therefore deliberately kept inexpensive.

Vice-Mayor Andreas Karl called for an end to the discussion “that we had six months ago. The result will be the same. ”That irritated Eva Stocker even more: The majority just wanted to get the hall through. This was contradicted by Robert Kern, who, during preliminary examinations, sees the chance to stop a hall on the sports grounds at any time.

With 3:13 votes, the municipal council refused to allow external offices to clarify the open points in Eva Stocker's and Renate Selmeier's catalog of questions.

Among other things, it would have been about the need in the community for two halls.

The basic application of the sports club FCA Unterbruck for the construction of a hall was decided with 10: 6 votes.

The vote on 35,000 euros, which the municipality made available to the association for the basic investigation, ended at 12: 4.

At the end of this more specific investigation, there should be an initial cost estimate for the hall construction and the annual maintenance costs.

The municipal council rejected the administrative proposal to calculate the investment costs for a new hall in the center of the town and the construction of two new halls, with a score of 12: 4.
