According to the "Judicial Personnel Recommendation Committee Ordinance", the committee is responsible for recommending to the Chief Executive the candidates of court judges and judicial officers at all levels. The Chief Justice of the Court of Final Appeal shall be the chairman. The committee members include the Secretary of Justice and 7 persons appointed by the Chief Executive.
