82-year-old 10th President Reuven Rivlin, who ended his term as president in July, is in a new relationship.
The two attended several state events together, including the annual memorial service for Prime Minister David Ben-Gurion.
No response was received from Rivlin.
Rivlin has been married for 48 years to Nehama and the two have three children in common.
During his tenure as president, Nehama worked for bereaved mothers, victims of sexual assault, abused children and the environment.
For years Nehama suffered from a lung disease and in 2019 underwent an unsuccessful lung transplant, since then she has been hospitalized and died on June 4th.
The day after her death, a coffin was placed in the Jerusalem Theater and the public passed by.
Reuben mourned her in tears: "Comfort, today is Saturday home."
