Nir Hefetz, a state witness in the Alps cases, testified again this morning (Tuesday) in the Jerusalem District Court.

Hefetz testified yesterday after a week's delay, and opposition leader Benjamin Netanyahu was also present at the hearing - for the first time since the beginning of the testimony phase.

The testimony of Netanyahu's former adviser is supposed to substantiate the bribery intentions attributed to him in the 4000 case by the State Attorney's Office, as well as to shed light on his involvement in the 1000 case (the gifts affair) and the 2000 case (the Netanyahu-Mozes case).

Netanyahu, who left the court yesterday during the testimony, will not be present at the hearing this morning.

The prosecution's representative, Adv. Amir Tabenkin, opened the investigation this morning with questions regarding the former prime minister's involvement in Hefetz's media work.

Hefetz said that Elovich received 100% of the messages I conveyed from the Netanyahu family, that is, the prime minister and his family. Ilan Yeshua received most of them. "And he knows the nuances of the family and there is no chance that things came out, compared to Ilan Yeshua, whom I treated with a certain level of distrust, and I was right about that."

Hefetz was asked about Netanyahu's direct inquiries to Elowitz regarding coverage in Walla !.

"There were occasional, except for one of his conversations that was in my presence and Netanyahu spoke on the phone immediately after the interview of journalist Dov Gilhar with the prime minister, there were several conversations but I do not know how to put my finger."

Prosecutor Tabenkin: "In terms of inquiries from Netanyahu's family members, what was Mr. Netanyahu's involvement in these demands?"

Hefetz: "Absolute involvement compared to a small nucleus of events, except for matters of Sarah Netanyahu that have no lateral effect beyond positive exposure."

Hefetz said that Netanyahu wanted him to have full control, "even if at the beginning I did it on my own, the solution is that you can always put a note in it. Of course I filled in after this instruction."

Tabenkin: "What are the boundaries of this sector?".

Hefetz: "Usually events she does in her public hat as the prime minister's wife, such as inaugurating a fire station or ceremony. Since the whole news is positive and has no sensitive motive and Mrs. Netanyahu is experienced in media issues, I had a mandate not to involve the prime minister."

"Amit Hadad sitting behind you was a partner in a lot of discussions"

Hefetz later teased Netanyahu's attorney, Adv. Amit Hadad. He was asked by the prosecutor how much of this was related to the official residence in Balfour, and whether it was Sarah Netanya's private affairs?

Hefetz replied: "In all these matters Mr. Netanyahu was involved, behind back has an attorney (Amit Hadad - YF) participated in dozens of such conversations with me and we held this event. "

Tabenkin:" were inquiries stemming from family members of Mr. Netanyahu made to you from? ".

object:" Yes, many times .

"The pattern happened a lot on the weekends, it happened on Friday and Saturday on the days he was at home and then I would get phone calls on a regular basis on issues related to the family, he would initiate the conversation and the family was on speaker."

In his testimony yesterday, Hefetz spoke about the prime minister's request that he keep in touch with another defendant in the 4000 case, the controlling owner of Bezeq-Walla! Shaul Elovich, as well as how the latter asked him to forward requests concerning his membership to Netanyahu. The state witness described Netanyahu as dealing with communications almost as much as with security. "He's a freak of control. On media issues he wants to know everything," he said. Among other things, Hefetz described how Elovich allegedly asked him if the Netanyahu family knew that the Walla! Is at her service.

An object that accompanied the Netanyahu couple for years is considered a key witness in the trial, and in particular in the 4000 case. Most of his testimony to the police concerned the pressure exerted on the Walla!

He also revealed to investigators a four-way meeting between Netanyahu and Alovich, which took place at a very critical moment in the criminal timeline, as the investigators portrayed him.
