Assistant to the Iranian President and Head of the Atomic Energy Organization, Mohammad Eslami, affirmed that his country is determined to continue implementing its peaceful nuclear program, pointing out that the International Atomic Energy Agency has offered to help Iran in that.
In a joint press conference with Rafael Grossi, Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency in Tehran today, Eslami said that Grossi repeatedly stressed during his talks with him that no deviation was seen in Iran's nuclear activities and that these activities are ongoing in accordance with international treaties and controls, pointing out that the Iranian side responded to All the issues raised by other parties about the nuclear program and it was agreed today with the organization to end these issues.
Eslami stressed his country's commitment to settling technical issues with the IAEA without politicizing it to prevent any attempt to exploit it for the interests of other countries.
In turn, the Secretary-General of the International Atomic Energy Agency said: "We agreed with the Iranian side to continue joint work with transparency, and we are trying to reach a positive result in today's meetings."
Grossi had arrived in Tehran yesterday to hold talks with Iranian officials on a number of issues related to Iran's nuclear program.
