The Crown Prince of Kuwait, Mishaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, in accordance with the powers delegated to him by the Emir of Kuwait, Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, today assigned the resigned Prime Minister Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah to form a new government.
KUNA reported that an Emiri decree was issued appointing Al-Sabah as prime minister and assigning him to nominate members of the new ministry and present their names to the Emir of the country to issue a decree appointing them.
This will be the fourth government formed by Al-Sabah since he was appointed prime minister for the first time in December 2019.
On the 8th of this month, Al-Sabah officially submitted the resignation of his government to the Emir of Kuwait.
