Miesbach / Fischbachau / Hausham

- On the way to a fast food restaurant on Irschenberg, a 22-year-old Fischbachau man ran into a traffic control on Sunday evening.

It turned out that the young man, who was out with friends, was under the influence of both drugs and alcohol while driving.

The officers took him to the hospital to have his blood drawn.

His friends were allowed to continue.

Driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol

A little later, a 32-year-old Miesbacher was noticed negatively during the traffic control.

During a breath alcohol test it turned out that the man was driving a car that his father-in-law had borrowed with 1.1 per thousand.

Due to the alcohol limit value - between an administrative offense and a criminal offense - the Miesbacher had to take a blood sample for a more precise determination.

The officers secured his driver's license.

The traffic offender's father-in-law can pick up the key to his car at the Miesbach police station.

Despite the driving ban on the way with the car

A 22-year-old housewife was also noticed that evening.

On the way home from a fast food restaurant, she went to the police officer halfway into the net.

During the inspection it turned out that the housekeeper was in the car despite the existing driving ban.

The patrol officers withdrew their driver's license because the district court had already ordered a confiscation.

Because the 22-year-old had recently had to hand in her driver's license to the police herself due to a traffic offense and did not fulfill this obligation for three months despite requests.

She was no longer allowed to drive.

The housekeeper is now facing a criminal complaint.
