The number of patients in critical condition is 128, of whom 81 are respirators.
The number of Israelis infected with the virus since the outbreak is 1,341,305 people.

The number of Israelis vaccinated in the third dose is 4,052,354, while the daily immunization rate is about 5,000 per day.
The number of deaths in the plague so far stands at 8,177 people while on Sunday and Monday no one died.
Prof. Ash: "I would not speak in terms of another wave at the moment"
Prof. Ash said in an interview on 103FM about the increase in the coefficient of infection: "It's disturbing, we're in the spread of the disease," but added: "We need to see how we increase immunization to deal with it. I would not speak in terms of another wave."

Health Minister Nitzan Horowitz arrived today (Tuesday) at the Maccabi Health Insurance Fund in Tel Aviv to open the children's immunization campaign at the local vaccination complex.

Health Minister Horowitz said in his opening remarks: "This vaccine protects children and there is no reason or excuse to expose children to the disease. There are long-term effects in children who have contracted and are developing 'Long Cube'."
"This vaccine is safe and has passed all the relevant approvals both in the United States and here in Israel. We recommend that everyone get vaccinated to protect themselves and also to prevent the infection of others."
"Right now the majority of those verified are children and if we vaccinate them we can stop the current wave."
