Cafe Shalva is a Jerusalem cafe that employs people with disabilities and integrates them into the staff.

The new menu, led by chef Nadav Elbaz, includes entrees such as sea fish hamjong (NIS 56), gojgiza - Bukhari pastry stuffed with mushrooms and camembert cheese with salad (NIS 46), and cauliflower taco (NIS 42).

Bistro Kaiser is renewed with a menu influenced by Provencal cuisine, the magical region of the south of France.
