Sweden's new Prime Minister Magdalena Andersson resigned after a few hours in office.
The decisive factor was a dispute with the Greens.
Stockholm - Today Magdalena Andersson was elected Sweden's first head of government.
But just a few hours later, she announced her resignation.
The Social Democrat said in Stockholm on Wednesday that she asked the President of Parliament Andreas Norlén to be dismissed, but is striving to become Prime Minister again.
The Greens had previously announced in a dispute over a budget proposal by the opposition that they would leave the government.
