After 22 years of marriage, Hani Nachmias divorced.
The 62-year-old actress appeared in the rabbinate today (Wednesday) and left with a divorce.
"When people separate, it's always the end of something," Nachmias told Israel Today in an interview last August.
"It does not come as a surprise, it always relies on a lot of precipitation. I think Meir lost me for a decade, every once in a while. There were a lot of little things along the way, that I asked myself why I get them, and I could not answer. But then an apparent incident happened between us .
Farewell after so many years is surely not an easy step for Nachmias, who went on to say: "I think the biggest problem was that I came from a house where I was made to feel like a queen. To be a queen, to me, is to feel that you have a back, that you have someone to lean on, that "Whoever listens to you, will accept you in any situation, will comfort you and strengthen you, will pamper and shoot you. I felt all this among my friends, within the nuclear family and at my job - just not at home. Now I am a queen at home as well."
