The approval procedure for the construction of a “yurt village” in the area of the leisure and recreation special area next to the Blombergbahn car park is on the home straight.
Wackersberg - An application was made at the latest meeting of the Wackersberg municipal council to be able to use the exemption procedure for the construction of the Yurtendorf.
According to the current plan, a living yurt with 26 square meters of floor space and two smaller sleeping yurts, which are connected by corridors, are now to be built on the site.

"I had imagined that a kind of village with several smaller yurts would be built there," said Martin März, rather disappointed with the submitted planning.
The mayor thinks raised yurts are "not beautiful"
The fact that the yurts were raised was also viewed critically.
“I don't think that's nice either,” interjected Mayor Jan Göhzold, but pointed out that the building would not work without the elevation because of the sloping terrain.
Since the required three parking spaces have meanwhile been verified, the council approved the submitted planning by a majority.
