The head of the Russian delegation to the Vienna negotiations on military security and arms control, Konstantin Gavrilov, announced that the American maneuvers and bullying movements in the Black Sea aim to divide Russia and Europe through a “small war.”
“I think that the main goal of the United States and the Kiev regime is to divert attention away from the problems inside Ukraine in order to divide Europe and Russia with a small war,” TASS quoted Gavrilov as saying, stressing that Moscow would not be subject to such provocations.
On November 10, the Russian Defense Ministry said that US Navy ships had arrived in a multinational maneuver in the Black Sea region conducted by the US Command in Europe, stressing that it had treated these maneuvers as a destabilizing factor in the region.
