Judicial Committee advises on lifting Höcke's immunity

The Saxon-Anhalt Greens boss Sebastian Striegel told the dpa in Magdeburg on Wednesday that he had filed a criminal complaint against Höcke on June 8 for using symbols of unconstitutional organizations.

Striegel referred to a report by the Scientific Service of the Bundestag, in which the use of the phrase “Everything for Germany” in a speech at a meeting was punishable because it was a slogan of the Nazi organization SA.
